Cat & Cow Pregnancy Stretch
One of my favorite exercises to give patients is cat and cow. This is a great exercise to do with pregnancy as well! In the video we go over a modification that we recommend for pregnancy.
This exercise helps with mobility, coordination and stability through the spine and pelvis. It also allows the body to create a muscle plan and help bring awareness to the pelvic floor and what it is doing during different movements.
Too often we become stuck in movement patterns during the day, so this exercise is great because you can break the typical patterns and find a stretch in different places.
